Silk screening can be done on just about any type of flat surface, such as garments, aluminum, plastic, decals, large signs and an assortment of other items. To create a silk screen, we burn a pattern into a fine mesh material. Once the ink is applied, we use a specific curing process that locks the ink into the fabric to prevent fading.
Silk Screeners also operates one of the largest screening presses in the North, capable of producing screen-printed signs up to four by eight feet.

Any type of graphic is possible with screen printing. We have a selection of pre-mixed colours, although we can also do highly specific, custom colours. These are sometimes assessed an additional charge if specialty inks need to be ordered.
